Policy Details

You can return your item 30 days from the date you received it.

Any item from Cover Grip LLC can be returned.

For all returns, the only thing you need to include in your package is the purchased item.

Shipping Fees

Cover Grip LLC will cover shipping fees when items are damaged and/or defective, or if the Customer did not order the item. Upon return approval, a return label will be sent via email.

Restocking Fees

Cover Grip LLC does not charge restocking fees.

Process Details

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, Cover Grip LLC will process your return. Please allow at least 2 days to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. Cover Grip LLC will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
